Tokyo Television Tower [1] (also known as Tokyo Tower) is a 1033 feet tall communication and observation tower located in Shiba Park said to be inspired by the Eiffel Tower. It is painted in orange and white to comply with air safety regulations.

HistoryEdit

The Ghostbusters ran out of power after vaporizing Nori-ra and Kani but still needed a gigawatt of auxiliary energy to achieve a frequency needed to destabilize Lizardo. At Kenji's suggestion, the Ghostbusters used the Tokyo Television Tower as a power source. Poised at a lower observation tower 400 feet up, the Ghostbusters connected their Proton Packs to a junction box and recharged. [2] However, Lizardo was only temporarily attracted within range by the tower's air raid siren. [3] It began to wander off. Kenji left the tower and used the loudspeaker from Ecto-Ichi to draw Lizardo back. The Ghostbusters successfully vaporized Lizardo but the junction box blew up.

TriviaEdit

  • In one of the Lizardo movies, Lizardo fought the dreaded California Roll at the tower. [4]
