The Upside Down Ghost is a ghost from the NES version of the New Ghostbusters II Video Game. They appear in the courtroom level in the game, harassing a woman.
Attack Pattern[]
Two of them float around in a large circle, but only when a Ghostbuster appears. If one of them is captured, the remaining ghost splits-up into multiple tiny hopping ghosts. Each mini ghost must be caught individually.
