The Waltz-Partington Hotel (also known as The Waltz) [1] is a hotel located in downtown Manhattan.
History[]
After Special Agent Melanie Ortiz and Kylie Griffin investigated Dana's Apartment, Kylie advised Dana Barrett to stay at the Waltz-Partington. Kylie's Uncle Carrol ran the Waltz and owed her a lot of favors. Kylie assured her she would stay for free. Dana agreed to and packed but before she could leave, Tiamat sealed her in the apartment. Winston Zeddemore and Tiyah Zeddemore retired to a room at the Waltz after their wedding. After watching an ABS News 15 report about the Blood Rain, Winston and Tiyah reaffirmed their devotion to each other. They were interrupted by three Talking Pigeons outside their window.

- The Waltz-Partington is visually based on The Plaza and the flags are based on the ones hanging at the Smalldorf Hotel in The Real Ghostbusters episode "Ghosts R Us"
- The "Waltz" is taken from Tom Waltz, editor of the comic book.
- In Winston and Tiyah's room:
- To the left of Tiyah is the Seiko travel clock from the deleted "Honeymooners" scene in the first movie.
