Walt Fleischman soon added new characters to his cartoon world. Among them was Winchester Wolf. Wolf was evil and became too powerful to control. Winchester Wolf held Fleischman prisoner and had him tortured in a manner similar to slapstick comedy for many decades primarily to pay back Walt for torturing his own creations. He was eventually defeated by the combined efforts of Dopey Dog, the Ghostbusters, and all of Walt Fleischman's cartoon creations.
Winchester Wolf was incredibly knavish, cocky, cunning, fraudulent, intelligent, manipulative, and duplicitous. He was also extremely authoritative, influential, strong, powerful, and overall tyrannous in nature.
Winchester Wolf was very authoritative and powerful, as he could manipulate the cartoon universe, in a way a few others could, while there he possessed near god like power, able to cause objects to appear out of thin air, teleport from place to place, and alter his form, and grow to giant sizes.
- Winchester Wolf is possibly a reference to the Disney villain Pete. His voice was done by Frank Welker.
